• DO NOT submit subdomains and deeplinks. Submit the Top Level Domain /your Home Page ONLY (ie. http://www.yourwebsite.com). Sub-pages are not accepted.


• DO NOT submit Parked Domains.


• DO NOT submit your Web Server IP Address (ie. http://50.10.50.20). The site must have a regular URL (ie. http://www.yourwebsite.com).


• DO NOT disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
  Example: http://www.yourwebsite.com and http://www.yourwebsite.com/index.html


• DO NOT submit site hosted with Free Webspace or Free Web Hosting Services. (Free Hompage Hosting/Account or Free Servers) . The site MUST have its own purchased domain name. Exceptions will be made in the case of BLOG submissions ONLY. Blogs on free hosting servers such as Blogger.com, Wordpress.com will be accepted. Only High-Quality, Very Informative (Useful) and Content-rich Blogs will be added/listed.


• DO NOT submit Individual pages from Social Media, Networking (Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, MySpace etc) and Video Sharing sites (YouTube, DailyMotion etc).


• DO NOT submit Vanity Domains or Vanity URLs.


• DO NOT submit any site with an address that redirects to another address (Redirects), Cloaked URLs and Tracking URL's (ie: Affiliate URLs).


• DO NOT submit sites "Under Construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" or "Coming Soon" notices, or contain broken graphics or links aren't good candidates for our Directory. Make sure that all images and links on your site work properly.


• DO NOT submit sites "Under Maintenance" or "Unavailable". Your site must be up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


• DO NOT submit sites that can only be accessed through a proxy.


• DO NOT submit sites java only. Your site MUST support multiple browsers and capabilities.


• DO NOT SUBMIT Adult/Nudity/Pornography, Hack, Crack, Warez (Pirated Software), Scam/419, Gambling/Casino, Pharmacy, Illegal (Unethical Activities) Sites.


• DO NOT submit sites that promote Unverifiable Medical Cures/Remedies or sell or advertise Illegal Drugs/Drug Paraphernalia and other Illegal Products.


• DO NOT submit sites selling or advertising Weapons.


• DO NOT submit sites that promote Hate, Violence, Religious Intolerance, Fraud and Copyright Infringing Material.


• The DivulgateRium Directory has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content. Examples of illegal material include Child Pornography; Libel; material that infringes any Intellectual Property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets Illegal Activity (such as fraud or violence).


• DO NOT submit sites that promote Get-Rich-Quick Schemes.


• DO NOT submit sites that promote MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Network Marketing, Pyramid schemes, Lead Generators, Article Mills. Get paid to read and rate articles. Also sites or Businesses like: Get paid to Read Email, Get paid to Surf, Get paid to take a Survey, Autosurf, Automatic Profit, Cash Flow, Linkbuilding, Viral Marketing etc will not be accepted.


• DO NOT submit sites consisting largely of Affiliate Links or Banners.


• DO NOT submit MFA (Made for Adsense/Ads) type sites.


• DO NOT submit sites that are created only for Search Engines.


• DO NOT submit sites with Pop-Up/Pop-Under Windows that interfere with viewing the main content of the site or sites with excessive Ads, Pop-Ups or Pop-Unders.


• DO NOT submit sites with duplicate content including ODP clones.


• DO NOT submit sites made of Search results from other search engines or web Directories.


• DO NOT submit sites lacking in content (empty pages, empty forums, empty directories, empty blogs etc.).


• DO NOT submit sites offering Little or no Original Content or Sites with Poor Design. Poor site are NOT accepted. Only Quality sites will be added to our Directory.


• DO NOT submit sites consisting primarily of links to another website.


• DO NOT submit sites that participate to Backlink Schemes to Increase Site PageRank or sites linking to Web Spammers or "Bad Neighborhoods". Your sites will not be accepted if any "Inappropriate" external link (link to a site that compromise our Submission Guidelines and Rules) is found on any of your web pages.


• DO NOT submit sites without contact information or sites with a Contact form only.


• eCommerce sites should include customer service and contact information (physical address).


• DO NOT Trick us by submitting a site (i.e. http://www.mysiteA.com) that complies with our Submission Guidelines today to get approved by our Editors Team, then after our approval, switch to another site (i.e. http://www.mysiteB.com) that does not comply with our Submission Rules. Or Edit your site to come up with a new Version (with content, links, images etc that comply with our Submission Guidelines) that you will submit to our Directory then, after our Editors approval, switch back your old and original version that does not meet our Submission requirements.


• DO NOT Trick, Defeat or Cheat our Directory System, Submission Guidelines and Terms and Conditions in ANY MANNER or under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Trying to do so will SIMPLY result in your ACCOUNT TERMINATION. You will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from our Directory and Online Community.

Title:

• Your Listing Title MUST BE your Official Company/Business or Website name. DO NOT include company slogans, promotional language, keywords, punctuations, symbols, domain name extension (TLD/gTLD /ccTLD, ie: .com .net etc) as part of the title. DO NOT use ALL CAPITAL letters. Any Listing submission that deviates from our title formatting requirements WILL SIMPLY BE REJECTED.

Description and Short Description:

• The Description or Short Description should offer visitors information about your site and its content (including services and products). It should make clear what you are offering and should be written in good English with good punctuation and errors free.


• DO NOT capitalize The First Letter of Each Word in Your Description or Short Description.
• DO NOT use ALL CAPITAL letters.
• DO NOT repeat the Company/Business or Website name in your Description or Short Description. (exception made for Premium Listing Membership)
• DO NOT mention any pricing, shipping or delivery details or special offers.
• DO NOT mention street/mailing and e-mail addresses or any other contact details in your Description or Short Description. (Phone/Fax numbers etc).
• DO NOT include any link or URL in your Description or Short Description.
• DO NOT use any HTML tags or Scripts.
• DO NOT use keyword stuffing. (Descriptions or or Short Description consisting primarily of a list of keywords).
• DO NOT use excessive promotional language.
• DO NOT use superlatives commonly used in advertising, such as "best", "most", "greatest", "cheapest", or “coolest”.(exception made for Premium Listing Membership)
• DO NOT use emphatic punctuation (e.g., "!!!" )
• DO NOT end your description with “and others” or “etc”’ or ‘…’
• DO NOT include images in your description.

Keywords:

• Choose your keywords intelligently. Be sure they are relevant to the theme/content of your website. Please separate each keyword or phrase with a comma i.e keyword1, keyword2, keyword3.
  
  Tip: Keywords help when people are searching for specific items or services within our Directory. If I were selling a bike, my keywords would be Bike, Bicycle, Cycle or even Riding.

Category:

• Submit your Site/Listing to the most relevant categories or subcategories (if any). Sites or Listings intentionally submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories WILL SIMPLY BE REJECTED.

URL / Domain:

• Submit your TOP Level domain only (Example: http://www.domain.com). DO NOT include a trailing slash (/) at the end of your URL.


• DO NOT submit Subdomains, Parked Domains, Deeplinks (Inner Pages), Affiliate Links, IP Address, Vanity Urls, Cloacking Urls, Sites hosted with Free Webspace or Free Web Hosting Services, Individual pages from Social Media & Networking (Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, MySpace etc) or Video Sharing sites (YouTube, DailyMotion etc).

Any Listing submission that deviates from our URL/Domain formatting requirements WILL SIMPLY BE REJECTED.

Email:

• Your Listing Submission Email Address MUST BE live 24/7 (must be working) and MUST BE from your Company/Business/Website domain name (example: contact@yourdomain.com). DO NOT submit an email address from Free Email Providers like Gmail, Yahoo, Live etc. Such a submission WILL SIMPLY BE REJECTED.

Refund Policy:

• Our Submission Service/Editorial Review (for guaranteed review) or product/service fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.


• DivulgateRium Directory has a NO REFUND policy on all its products and services (included but not limited to: Listing Submission, Advertising).

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel your Listing Submission, Membership/Account, Product or Service on DivulgateRium.com Directory at any time, for any reason and without further charge/penalty or notice. There will be NO REFUNDS due to cancellation.

Payment:

• DivulgateRium Directory is FREE. However, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE Annual Listing Submission Fee (recurring annual fee per submission) for guaranteed review (Editorial Review fee). Compare Memberships.


• Payment DOES NOT guarantee placement (Submission Approval). There is NO guarantee that your site will be added to DivulgateRium Directory or that your listing will receive the site title, keywords or description that you request. Approval or Rejection will be determined by us in our sole discretion.
  
  Please ensure that your Listing Submission or Product/Service order complies with our “Submission Guidelines and Rules” & “Terms and Conditions”.

Our Rights:

We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to:

• Refuse to register you or your Business/Organization or suspend or close (terminate) your account, restrict/block your access to some parts of our site (products and services), or our entire site at any time and for any reason without prior notice and further explanation.


• Modify (change/edit) or discontinue (remove/delete) this website (Directory) and any or all its materials, products and services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently at any time and for any reason without prior notice and further explanation. • Reject (deny/refuse), approve (allow/add), completely modify (change/edit), move (reclassify/recategorize) Suspend (pause/discontinue) or delete (remove/terminate) ANY new or existing listing, no matter whether it is Free or Paid, classified ads, image/picture, document, banner, review, comment, post ,  user profile etc at any time and for any reason without prior notice and further explanation.



• Change (update or modify) these Submission Guidelines and Rules from time to time for any raison without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review (check) this site and these Submission Guidelines and Rules from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any revised Submission Guidelines and Rules means that you accept and agree to be bound by the modified Submission Guidelines and Rules.
